軟體資源分為以下幾類：

1. 交大校園授權軟體(Campus Agreement Software)

學生繳交的學雜費中已經預收網路和軟體使用費，也就是使用合法校園軟體是大家的權利，毋需自找盜版軟體風險。

請留意：Windows 7 以上和 Office 2007 以上是透過認證主機取得授權，必須連結校園網路才能進行認證。詳細介紹和下載、認證方式請參閱交大校園軟體網站說明。

2. 建築所授權軟體(IAR Software)

建築所擁有的授權軟體分為兩類：網路授權、限制授權。軟體安裝說明附在軟體資料夾的 READ ME 文件中。

網路授權

建築所師生可透過授權主機取得浮動授權，大部分均可借出(check out)離線使用。而所謂套數(seats or license)是指同時使用人數（包括借出），並非安裝數量。

僅限公用電腦、工作站或專案用途，並未開放個人電腦安裝。

3. Autodesk學生版免費軟體

軟體巨擘 Autodesk 為鼓勵教育單位個人使用正版軟體進行創作，將旗下重量級軟體，釋出免費的教育個人授權，供學生與教師無償使用。

只要是學生或老師身分，都可以享受這個服務，無需使用盜版、整天提心吊膽。不過，這優惠僅限個人享用，教育單位的實驗室或電腦室的公用電腦還是要購買授權。

截至 2011 年 8 月為止，可以免費下載使用的軟體多達 36 套！本所學生請至 E-mail 信箱搜尋「Autodesk免費軟體」取得註冊連結。
